Gregorio Malapitan is the CEO and Co-Founder of NuCDN, a content delivery and network services platform focused on performance, reliability, and locally operated infrastructure. He became involved with the project in 2014 while working in the United States, where he met the original founder and joined the initiative during its early development.

At the time, NuCDN was still a small and evolving platform focused on building a reliable content delivery infrastructure. Gregorio played a key role in helping develop the platform’s technical foundation, contributing to engineering work, infrastructure deployment, and operational stability during its formative years.

As the platform grew and demand increased, Gregorio gradually assumed greater responsibility across technical operations, service reliability, and long-term infrastructure planning. When the original founder later stepped away from active involvement, he took on leadership of day-to-day operations and guided the platform through its next stage of development.

NuCDN was later transitioned under Philippine ownership, where it continues to operate as a locally led network services provider. Today, Gregorio leads the company with a hands-on, technically driven approach, overseeing infrastructure strategy, network architecture, and product development to ensure the platform remains scalable, secure, and dependable.

His long-term vision for NuCDN is to strengthen locally operated internet infrastructure in the Philippines while providing businesses and developers with fast, reliable, and secure network services designed for real-world performance and growth.
