Joseph Artur is the CTO and Co-Founder of NuCDN. He was one of the early contributors to the company, providing initial funding and technical leadership while working in the United States during NuCDN’s early stages. From the beginning, Joseph focused on building a solid and extensible engineering foundation. As CTO, Joseph is responsible for defining NuCDN’s overall technical strategy. He oversees system architecture, infrastructure standards, and platform scalability across CDN, DNS, and network services. He works closely with engineering and operations teams to ensure that services are secure, resilient, and capable of supporting sustained growth.

Joseph also plays a key role in evaluating new technologies, improving internal tooling, and maintaining engineering discipline across the organization. His leadership emphasizes long-term maintainability, automation, and performance-driven design, ensuring that NuCDN’s technology stack continues to evolve in line with customer and infrastructure demands.
